San Diego Home prices up 1.1% month-to-month and up 12.4% year-over-year According to the S&P Case Shiller Composite Index for San Diego, home prices have been rebounding since Spring of 09. The report is released the last Tuesday of every month and has a 2 month lag. The latest numbers are for May 2010 with June's numbers coming out at the end of August. |
